Product Introduction

Zone melting purification involves sequentially melting specific local areas of the metal rod from one end to the other. The solid impurities that crystallize first are the least in quantity, and these impurities are discharged to the solid-liquid interface and then diffused into the remaining liquid. Thus, after the melting area has passed through once, the impurities in the metal rod will accumulate at the other end. By repeating this process several times, the purification goal can be achieved. Under the current detection conditions, the total amount of 78 impurity elements and harmful elements in the product is no more than 8 ppm. The product can be used as a standard substance for scientific research and can also be applied to new semiconductors, biomedicine, food health, and research in unknown fields.
